Birthday Parties are usually
held on Saturday afternoons at 1:00 PM. We can accommodate up
to twenty children
but recommend eight to twelve. We entertain the group with a fun,
informal martial arts class with the birthday child as the "star" participant,
for an hour. While this is going on, parents can set up food and
gifts to be enjoyed here at the school, or back at home after the
class. We send out the invitations and give a gift of a Martial
Way T-shirt. We have a small table and some chairs and benches.
Parents provide refreshments, gifts, and party favors if desired.
Benefits
This is a fun, exciting,
and different option for a child's birthday party. For a newcomer,
the party provides
a chance to learn a little bit about the martial arts and have
a lot of fun. For a martial arts student, the birthday party is
a safe and appropriate way to introduce one's friends to the martial
arts, and gain recognition for what one has learned. Eihter way,
the birthday child is made to feel "special" on this
special day.
